Covered Components

ENGINE (Gas OR Diesel): All internally lubricated parts including: Pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, connecting rods, connecting rod bearings, crankshaft and main bearings, camshaft and bearings, cam followers, timing chain or belt, timing gears, rocker arms, shafts, and bushings. Cylinder head valves, guides, lifters, springs, seals, retainers and seats. Pushrods, oil pump, harmonic balancer, dipstick and tube. Intake and exhaust manifolds, manifold bolts. Engine block, cylinder head(s), oil pan and valve covers are covered only if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part.

TRANSMISSION (Manual or Automatic): All internally lubricated parts plus torque converter, housing and vaccuum modulator. Transmission case and pan are covered only if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part. Exclusions: Clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, clutch slave cylinder, electronic switches and solenoids.

DRIVE AXLES: Front and rear drive housings, internal parts, universal joints, axles, drive shafts, ring and pinion gears, CV joints (CV joints are not covered for the first 500 miles).

4WD/AWD: with paid surcharge, transfer case and all internally lubricated parts.

SEALS AND GASKETS: Cylinder head gasket(s) and intake manifold gaskets. All other seals and gaskets are covered only if required for a covered repair. Up to 100,000 miles.

FLUIDS: Customers will pay for all fluids required in conjunction with a covered repair.

TOWING: In the event of a breakdown caused by the failure of a component covered under this contract, we will reimburse you for reasonable towing charges up to fifty (50) dollars per occurrence. This reimbursement will be foractual towing charges less any amounts paid by the manufacture or any insurance company.

BRAKES: Master cylinder, wheel cylinders, calipers, brake lines, and vaccuum assist booster. Exclusions: Drums, rotors, lining and pads.

SUSPENSION: Upper and lower ball joints, upper and lower control arms, leaf and coil springs, spindles. (Ball joints are not covered for the first 500 miles after date of sale). (Springs are covered only if broken).

STEERING: Power steering pump, power cylinder assembly, rack and pinion, all internally lubricated parts in the steering gear housing. Housing is covered only if damaged by the failure ofan internally lubricated part.

COOLING: Water pump, radiator, fan and fan clutch, engine cooling fan motor and thermostat.

AIR CONDITIONING: Compressor, compressor clutch and idler pulley assembly, acumulator, receiver dryer, evaporator, condenser. Exclusions: evacuation and recharge of system and refrgerant.

ELECTRICAL: Starter motor and solenoid, starter drive, alternator, voltage regulator, front wiper motor, washer pump.

RENTAL: We will provide reimbursement for substitute transportation from a licensed rental agency in the event of a breakdown caused by a covered component. Coverage commences on the second day of repairs (based on each eight (8) hours of flat rate labor time equals one (1) day. We will pay twenty (20) dollars per day up to five (5) days or a total of one hundred (100) dollars.

DEDUCTIBLE: Customer is responsible for a fifty (50) dollar deductible per repair occurrence. No deductible applies to towing or rental.
